Discover my journey and passion for supporting
women through life’s most defining moments

Yara Jabre pelvic floor physiotherapist

My Story

I wanted a career that blended my passions for health and fitness. This led me to pursue a Master's degree in Physical Therapy at McGill University. That’s where I discovered the pelvic health space and realized just how important this field is especially for women, who are often underserved in this area.

I, like many women, have struggled with leaks while lifting heavy thinking it was a normal part of being active. Through my studies, I realized that I didn't have to settle for this and used my skills to overcome these symptoms which allowed me to reach new training milestones confidently.

Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same.

My mission is to empower you with the tools and knowledge to manage your pelvic health so you don't have to sacrifice the activities you love.

My Approach

It's all about giving you choices, not an ultimatum where you have to choose between your pelvic health and your sport.

Let's create a plan that fits your life and your fitness goals.

Staying active can already be tough as it is, and life changes like pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause can feel like even bigger barriers. However, I see these transitions as an opportunity for growth where I can help you feel empowered to transform your lifestyle for the better!

You need someone who understands the demands of your sport and can match your intensity. My goal is to work with you to safely push your limits and keep you moving without compromise.
